Who carries the parcel?
The firm named at booking carries the parcel through its licensed local private hire fleet.
What is included in the price?
The price is the standard local taxi fare for the route plus the £1 Couriyo platform fee. You see it as one price before you confirm. The firm named at booking takes a card payment on its own Stripe account.
Can the recipient track the delivery?
Yes. A recipient tracking link is created for the delivery so its progress can be followed without a Couriyo account.
What proof can be captured?
Depending on the instructions and handoff, proof can be a photo, PIN or signature. The tracking page shows the delivery record.
Do I need a business account?
No. You can make a one-off booking with card payment. Business accounts add saved addresses, team access, standing runs and monthly invoicing when approved.
